Penguin Match Pot

There's no stopping the creative team of ceramists in the Glosters pottery workshop - they've only gone and created the most adorable Penguin match pot that's ever existed! This new design is based on our ever-popular match pot shape, with two little orange flippers sticking out and a glaze job that makes it look like a sweet little penguin - one we've named Barry.

Barry makes a fabulous accessory alongside a Snowflake ceramic lantern, helping Barry feel at home as well as filling your space with the gorgeous ambience of flickering candle flame. Barry's butt also doubles as a striker pad, just flick a match on that behind to light it.

Barry is made in our pottery workshop in Porthmadog, Wales, where we use high quality stoneware clay to make all of our contemporary ceramics by hand. The clay, as well as our glazes, are all sourced locally from our Stoke-on-Trent suppliers, then formed by our team of ceramists into gorgeous pieces like Barry himself.

As the pieces are hand made, each may differ slightly in size and design from that pictured.
