Thanks for Attending our Sample Sale!

Thank you so much to everyone who came to our 12th annual sample sale, so lovely to see lots of you again! There are many of you who’ve visited every year, and lots of you come for miles to visit, and we can't thank you enough for your support. It’s always great to see where pieces are going to - and great news! The giant ghost found a lovely new home. 

Our sale wasn’t just packed with fabulous one-off samples — we also had a selection of seconds available too, which were pieces with slight glaze imperfections or a little extra wonkiness, but still perfectly functional and available at absolute bargain prices.

Putting on a sale of this size is a huge amount of work so shout out to team G who have made an insane amount of samples this year, we had so many pumpkins I had to take the cupboard doors off.

For those of you hoping for an online sale… yes there will be one, keep your eyes peeled. It is impossible for me to list each piece individually so they’ll be grouped into ‘themed’ mystery boxes with larger piece listed individually. 

Thank you very much for your continued support. I am forever grateful we get to do the thing we love, especially in this current economy! Making pottery is very expensive right now, so to still be stood here and able to do it with such amazing support from our customers is incredible. I hope that there will always be sample sale at Glosters, I hope there will always be Glosters.
