Customer Service & Admin Assistant 

We’re looking for a fun and dedicated individual to join our team and work alongside our Co-founder Mev.

If you’re familiar with Glosters you’ll know the business has seen significant growth over the last 4 years, 2023 was the busiest year yet!

With that growth we’ve seen the team grow from strength to strength and now includes 10 wonderful individuals across both the workshop and shop who work alongside Tom & Mev to make sure Glosters is known for it’s magnificent mugs.

The time has come to invest in our admin team.

We’re looking for an organised individual with customer service experience to help with the day to day running of our growing business.

Duties will include-

Customer services- dealing with order queries and assisting customers with enquires.

Assisting with our wholesale accounts & orders.

Assisting with weekly newsletters, working to a brief provided.

Ordering inventory for the workshop- clay, glaze, moulds, packing materials etc.

Assisting with event planning- e.g sample sale, Christmas market- taking bookings, helping produce marketing materials etc

Admin -invoicing, keeping the office organised, email.

Assisting with launch planning; making sure we are ready to launch, everything is in place, stock, packaging, newsletters, literature, ads etc

Assisting with website listings/ product photography shoots.

Experience desirable in (but training will be provided)-

Canva, klayvio, shopify, excel, Royal Mail click & drop, photoshop, Dropbox, word. Familiar with using a Mac.

Ability to communicate in both Welsh & English if possible.
