Hi guys!

Now I know you all like a giveaway 😜

But this one is pretty close to my heart. You see if you didn’t know already I have coeliac disease, which only really came to light when we got married and I ate my body weight in gluten filled foods on honeymoon. Suddenly I wasn’t very well, there was definitely something wrong. A simple blood test brought the culprit to light!
It’s actually a lot more common than you think! I’d never heard of it myself, they’re wasn’t much information available at the time, I had no idea about symptoms or how many others had it too. Though lots of people are diagnosed as a child, it might not be until later in life like myself that you realise something isn’t quiet right.

Coeliac Insider is a new website with lots of information on symptoms, diagnoses and where to get vital information. A much needed asset if you have coeliac disease or you’re wondering why you’re not feeling right too.
