Hot Toddy- Winter Warmer and Cold Buster

It's been a long wet winter and we could all do with warming up right?
So I'm sharing our Hot Toddy recipe with you today, a perfect beverage for nights by the fire during a storm and a really great cold buster!
Ingredients-
Hot water
Lemon Juice (2 teaspoons)
Honey (1 tablespoon)
1 shot of Barti Ddu Rum (if you've not tired this Welsh rum it is the best!
Method-
Add a shot of the rum and a tablespoon of Honey to a Glosters Mug (of course!)and mix.
Top up to about half a mug with hot water and add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
Garnish with a lemon slice.
Enjoy!
And drink responsibly of course!
