Just a qucik blog this morning to share my Gluten Free pancake recipe incase you're planning some pancake action this weekend.
These are Scotch/ American style pancakes also they're Gluten FREE! I tend to cook these on the ageastraight onto the bake o glide on the hob but they work perfectly well in a greased frying pan. Stack them high with lots of maple syrup and berries. We have these a lot for brunch on a sunday! if you want to be really american try some fried bacon too ;)
