Revenge of the Angry Pear

The Angry Pear, first seen in a sample sale then released onto the world in Autumn 2024 to a huge fanfare....well, it's back for 2025 - and ready for REVENGE! The Angry Pear has been through the Raku fires and come out the other side ready to stalk down its prey and swallow into its open, hungry belly. 

Quick, feed it a tealight candle and warm its insides before it gets you!

Based on the shape of the ceramic pear decoration from our previous Christmas ornaments, the Angry Pear has spooky smile and wide eyes carved into its bulbous form.

approx 10cm height (including stalk) x 7cm width 

The Angry Pear is the perfect size to sit over a tealight candle, flickering magnificently against the shiny glaze of the lantern. We do recommend using battery-operated tealights as AP will get all hot and bothered from a real flame within - please make sure he's stable on a flat surface. 

The Autumn 2024 launch is jam-packed with spooky ceramics and home decor items, all of which are handmade here in Porthmadog by our workshop's talented ceramists. We use only high quality stoneware clay and glazes from our local suppliers, and quality check all items before sending.
