There are few things more successful at providing a cosy winter atmosphere than a flickering candle, except perhaps that same warming light dancing inside a Christmas tree-shaped candle holder. Luckily, this is exactly what the Glosters pottery workshop has created - just in time for the festive season.

These handmade Christmas tree-inspired decorations are a twist on the popular ceramic mini lanterns, using stoneware clay formed into the conic shape and poked full of holes to let through the light of a tea light candle or fairy light. We recommend using a battery-operated light, as the use of live flame will make the ceramic tea light holder hot to touch.
