Covering more than 70% of the earth's surface, there's truly nothing more spectacular than the ocean. Our new Ocean Dip glaze for our Summer 2026 collection is inspired by the glory of the ocean, especially in the rhythmic lapping of the waves on the shore.

The Ocean Dip Mug is available in two sizes:

Mug: 
10cm height x 8.5cm width (11cm including handle)
Holds approximately 470ml.

Holds approximately 250 ml.

The handmade mug is our most popular item here at Glosters - in fact, it's where it all began! The shape has become incredibly popular for being a delight to hold, and the curved lip makes every sip simply perfect.

The Ocean Dip Mug is made and decorated by hand in Porthmadog in the Glosters workshop, where our team of ceramists use stoneware clay to create all of the lightweight yet durable pottery in our collection. The Ocean Dip Mug is dishwasher- and microwave-safe, though we recommend hand washing.
